4.How can I track my order?

5.Why is my tracking information not updating after the package is shipped?
Tracking numbers are manually uploaded to your order page once the handmade items are delivered to the carrier.
Due to international shipping procedures, it takes 3-5 days for packages to reach the international shipping hub airport. No tracking updates will be available during the inland transit from our warehouse to the hub. Tracking information will update once the package arrives at the international hub and is scanned by the carrier.
Please do not worry—tracking details will update within 3-5 days.
6.What if my package does not arrive?
If you have not received your package within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at lian@exoticclothingcn.com. We will arrange a reshipment or issue a full refund.
