Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Exoticclothingcn. To protect your legal rights and interests, we have established this refund policy to ensure a transparent and fair after-sales process. Please read it carefully before placing an order; by placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Application period and scope of application

1.1 Regular return period

You can request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item (except for customized products). We recommend that you check your purchase promptly upon delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges if it is more than 30 days after receipt.

1.2 Return Eligibility

Items must be new, unused, and free of scratches, damage, scuffs, or stains. Must contain original packaging. Products must be intact and not damaged by self-disassembly, modification, or improper maintenance.

1.3 Non-Returnable Goods

Custom products (e.g., engraved items, custom-sized bracelets/necklaces, gift wrapped products) unless there is a manufacturing defect or material difference from the agreed design; Discounted items marked “final sale” to clearly indicate that they are non-returnable and have no quality issues; Items damaged due to personal use or improper maintenance (such as defects due to exposure to chemicals or severe impact).

2. Return process

Initiate Application: Within the return period, send an email to lian@exoticclothingcn.com with the order number, item name, reason for return, and photos of the item’s condition (if there are quality issues). We will respond within 3 business days with the designated return address.
Return Item: Properly packed. We recommend using couriers with tracking and insurance to avoid loss or damage during transit, and keep the tracking number for reference. We are not responsible for lost packages sent through untraceable couriers.
Inspection and Processing: We will conduct a professional inspection (verifying condition, authenticity, and completeness) within 5 business days of receiving your declaration form. Approved returns/exchanges will be processed immediately; Items that fail the inspection will be sent back in both directions at your own expense

3. Shipping and refund details

3.1 Freight 

Seller Responsibility: We cover return shipping costs for quality defects, material discrepancies from descriptions, incorrect/missing items, or shipping damage. A prepaid return label will be provided, or standard shipping will be reimbursed based on the actual logistics receipt

Buyer Responsibility: For returns that change their minds (e.g., size calculation errors), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Expedited/courier costs for original orders are non-refundable.

3.2 Refund method and refund time

Route: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Cash refunds or third-party account transfers are not supported.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after inspection approval. Actual arrival time depends on the payment processor and bank cycle. For checks or orders over $200, refunds may take up to 21 calendar days.
Additional Notes: Refunds only cover the actual price of the item, excluding customs duties, import fees, and non-standard shipping costs for the original order. Exchange rate differences and bank charges are your sole responsibility. Return shipping costs vary based on item weight, source, and courier selected

3.3 Exchange rules

Please note that exchanged items are not eligible for subsequent refunds. Returns and exchanges are not allowed after 30 days of receipt. Free items included in special promotions are final sales and are non-refundable. The shipping rules for exchanges are the same as for returns.

4. Quality issues and dispute resolution

For manufacturing defects or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photo/video defect information and order details. We guarantee a full refund or replacement of the item to protect your rights.
For “no-reason returns”, we reserve the right to refuse to affect second-hand sales. If you dispute the inspection results, please provide the supporting documents required for re-evaluation
