Refund & Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing Exoticclothingcn. To protect your legitimate rights and interests, we have formulated this refund policy to ensure a transparent and fair after-sales process. Please read it carefully before placing an order; placing an order constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
1. Return Period & Scope of Application
1.1 Regular Return Period
You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your item (customized products excluded). We recommend inspecting your purchase promptly upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges if more than 30 days have passed since receipt.
1.2 Return Eligibility

- Items must be in brand-new, unused condition with no scratches, damages, wear marks or stains

- Original packaging must be included

- Bracelet beads, knots and structure must remain intact, with no damage caused by self-disassembly, modification or improper maintenance
1.3 Non-Returnable Items

- Customized products (e.g., engraved items, custom-sized bracelets/necklaces, gift-wrapped products), unless there are manufacturing defects or significant discrepancies from the agreed design

- Discounted items marked “Final Sale”, which are clearly indicated as non-returnable without quality issues

- Items damaged due to personal use or improper maintenance (e.g., defects caused by contact with chemicals or severe impact)
2. Return Process

- Initiate Application: Within the return period, send an email to lian@exoticclothingcn.com with your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos of the item’s condition (to prove quality issues if applicable). We will respond within 3 business days and provide a designated return address.

- Ship Items Back: Pack the item securely. We recommend using a courier with tracking and insurance to avoid loss or damage during transit, and keep the tracking number for reference. We are not responsible for lost packages sent via non-trackable carriers.

- Inspection & Processing: We will conduct a professional inspection (verifying condition, authenticity and completeness) within 5 business days of receiving your return. Approved returns/exchanges will be processed immediately; items failing inspection will be shipped back to you at your own cost for both directions.
3. Shipping Fees & Refund Details
3.1 Shipping Fee Responsibility

- Seller’s Responsibility: We cover return shipping costs for items with quality defects, significant discrepancies from descriptions, wrong/missing items, or transit damage. A prepaid return label will be provided or standard shipping fees reimbursed (based on actual logistics receipts).

- Buyer’s Responsibility: For change-of-mind returns (e.g., size miscalculations), return shipping fees are borne by you. Expedited/express shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
3.2 Refund Method & Timing

- Refund Path: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Cash refunds or third-party account transfers are not supported.

- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection approval. Actual arrival time depends on payment processor and bank cycles. For check payments or orders over $200, refunds may take up to 21 calendar days.

- Additional Notes: Refunds cover only the actual item price, excluding customs duties, import fees and non-standard shipping fees from the original order. Exchange rate differences and bank fees are your responsibility. Return shipping costs vary by item weight, origin and courier selected.
3.3 Exchange Rules
Note that exchanged items are ineligible for subsequent refunds. No returns or exchanges are available after 30 days from receipt. Free items included in special promotions are final sale and non-returnable/non-exchangeable. Shipping fee rules for exchanges follow the same policy as returns.
4. Quality Issues & Dispute Resolution

- For manufacturing defects or quality issues, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos/videos of defects and order details. We guarantee full refunds or replacement items to protect your rights.

- For “no-reason returns”, we reserve the right to refuse items that affect secondary sales. If you dispute the inspection result, provide supporting documentation for a re-evaluation.
