4. How do I track my order?

5. Why hasn’t my tracking information updated after my package has been shipped?
Once the handmade item is delivered to the carrier, the tracking number is manually uploaded to your order page.
Due to the international shipping process, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the international transport hub airport. There will be no tracking updates during inland transportation from our warehouse to hub. Once the package arrives at the international hub and is scanned by the carrier, the tracking information will be updated synchronously.
Rest assured – tracking information will be updated within 3-5 days.
6. What if my package does not arrive?

Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Application period and scope of application
1.1 Regular return period
You can request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item (except for customized products). We recommend that you check your purchase promptly upon delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges if it is more than 30 days after receipt.
1.2 Return Eligibility
Items must be new, unused, and free of scratches, damage, scuffs, or stains. Must contain original packaging. Products must be intact and not damaged by self-disassembly, modification, or improper maintenance.
1.3 Non-Returnable Goods
Custom products (e.g., engraved items, custom-sized bracelets/necklaces, gift wrapped products) unless there is a manufacturing defect or material difference from the agreed design; Discounted items marked “final sale” to clearly indicate that they are non-returnable and have no quality issues; Items damaged due to personal use or improper maintenance (such as defects due to exposure to chemicals or severe impact).
2. Return process
Initiate Application: Within the return period, send an email to lian@exoticclothingcn.com with the order number, item name, reason for return, and photos of the item’s condition (if there are quality issues). We will respond within 3 business days with the designated return address.
Return Item: Properly packed. We recommend using couriers with tracking and insurance to avoid loss or damage during transit, and keep the tracking number for reference. We are not responsible for lost packages sent through untraceable couriers.
Inspection and Processing: We will conduct a professional inspection (verifying condition, authenticity, and completeness) within 5 business days of receiving your declaration form. Approved returns/exchanges will be processed immediately; Items that fail the inspection will be sent back in both directions at your own expense
3. Shipping and refund details
3.1 Freight
Seller Responsibility: We cover return shipping costs for quality defects, material discrepancies from descriptions, incorrect/missing items, or shipping damage. A prepaid return label will be provided, or standard shipping will be reimbursed based on the actual logistics receipt
Buyer Responsibility: For returns that change their minds (e.g., size calculation errors), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Expedited/courier costs for original orders are non-refundable.
3.2 Refund method and refund time
Route: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Cash refunds or third-party account transfers are not supported.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after inspection approval. Actual arrival time depends on the payment processor and bank cycle. For checks or orders over $200, refunds may take up to 21 calendar days.
Additional Notes: Refunds only cover the actual price of the item, excluding customs duties, import fees, and non-standard shipping costs for the original order. Care Instructions
1. Avoid Impact & Friction: Blue water jade is hard but brittle, while agarwood is relatively soft. Keep the bracelet away from hard objects (keys, metal jewelry, tabletops, etc.) to prevent scratches, chips or cracks. Do not stack over 3 bracelets on one hand to avoid mutual wear.
2. Water, Sweat & Moisture Protection: Remove the bracelet before bathing, swimming or exercising. Prolonged contact with water will strip agarwood of its natural oils, fading its fragrance and causing deformation or cracking. Sweat’s salt and impurities can erode jade’s surface, dulling its luster, and seep into agarwood’s texture to damage its quality. Wipe the bracelet with a soft dry cloth promptly after sweating.
3. Keep Away from High Temperature, Sun Exposure & Open Flames: Do not place the bracelet in high-temperature environments (direct sunlight, near heaters or stoves). High temperatures will cause blue water jade to lose internal moisture and develop “dehydration cracks”, and accelerate the volatilization of agarwood’s oils, leading to fragrance loss and wood cracking. Special Note: Keep away from open flames — agarwood is flammable, so store it properly.
4. Isolate from Chemicals: Take off the bracelet before applying perfume, hairspray, cosmetics, detergents or hand sanitizer. Chemicals can corrode jade’s polished surface and ruin its smooth luster, as well as damage agarwood’s natural oil layer, causing discoloration and deterioration.
5. No Lending & Avoid Oil Contamination: Long-term wear creates a unique patina bonded with the wearer’s energy — do not lend the bracelet to others. Avoid heavy oil and dirt environments; oil seepage will clog agarwood’s pores, masking its natural fragrance, and leave jade’s surface greasy and dull.6. Proper Cleaning & Maintenance
Jade Part: Wipe dust with a soft damp cloth, then dry thoroughly with a dry cloth — no oil application needed.
Agarwood Part: Gently rub with a dry soft cloth regularly to form a smooth patina. If fragrance fades, seal the bracelet for 1–2 weeks to allow natural oil reflux.
